evra is the best LB in the world and i think all of you agree..and he is as effective as maicon and alves so voting for hi isnt bias...

yes i do believe that these days i cant find any player to compete with Evra in the left back spot but as we can see things r different on the right side

yet i still believe Maicon is a step above the players mentioned
Maicon is very consistant , he is very effective both in offense n defence , skillfull , very smart and strong and of course very fast , IMO Maicon sometimes is more effective than a winger n can be way more useful

as in overall maicon is better than alves cause he is better defensively and physically, and also he can attack gr8ly...
but i think alves is more effective ...he is faster and his attacking abilities are gr8 and he is not that bad at defending

Alvez lacks defending that's 4 sure , he push up more than needed n he doesnt have the ability to cover as fast as Maicon does

IMO Maicon bein picked always b4 him in the NT is the answer in case anyone wants to compare but i know the difference isnt that big between them , maybe if Alvez had the same opportunity of Maicon joining Calcio he could have gained better defensive experience.

alves appears as an offensive player only because he plays with a team has an average possesion of 70% in la liga and scoring alot so no pressure on him so he pushes to the front in epl evra cant do this
