    Villareal vs. Arsenal
    Manchester United vs. Porto
    VS.
    Liverpool vs. Chelsea
    Barcelona vs. Bayern Munich
    ---------------------------------------
    i predict arsenal,united,chelsea, and barcelonato get through although i have a feeling of surprise from villareal....
    it is an easy road to united for the final bounce and the have a good chanceof being the first team to retain the cup.
    barcelona and BM is gonna be an exciting match both are attacking teams and it ll be anopn game......i actually got bored from chlsea palying liverpool
    (its gonna be their 24th meeting in the last 5 years) affraid

    first of all i would like to say that manu are the luckiest team.. it`s like everything is already fixed for them. even in the EPL the have all their big matches at home (it didn`t really matter for LIVERPOOL (4-1)) and they always play one day after most of the teams (sunday)..

    second, i predict that its gonna be LIVERPOOL and manu in the final. (its not gonna be easy we we did beat chelsea 2 times already this year and we knocked out barcelona 2 years ago.

    Liverpool vs. Chelsea.. this should be the toughest encounter.. cant wait to see this one.

    Barca - Bayern is one hell of a game too.

    As for Manutd and Arsenal games.. seems easy to me.

    who said it would be easy ??!!
    it`s gonna be HELL, but for both teams.. but i also believe liverpool (if no injuries occur) could end it early.
    and also to our advantage most of chelsea`s team already have yellow card from the juventus match.

    Chelsea vs Liverpool for the 5th time !! this is getting boring ffs !!

    Manchester to take the easy road to the final, at least when they do reach the final their opponent with have gotten used to the tough matches and Manchester will be, well "soft".

    i dont think that would happen cause manu play in a league called EPL where they will play lots of big and important matches so u cant just say the will be "soft"..but of course LIVERPOOL will have the advantage when they meet manu in the final.

    i suggest a Barcelona v Manchester final, in fact i'll pray for it. Barca can avenge their exit last term, and they certainly look hot this season.

    you are absolutely correct.. take manu vs. LIVERPOOL for example who could have ever predicted a crushing win (4-1) like that. i mean i only predicted 3-1 i never sow DOSSENA`s goal coming. lol!

    i will make no predictions yet still a long way to Rome so let's take it step by step
    Man utd n Arsenal of course r favourites in their encounters with Porto n Villareal while the Barca-Bayern one cant be predictable and of course the game to watch is the Liverpool-Chelsea one , it became a must game in the CL every year

    what a shame no Italians in the CL , it's gonna be a tastless quarter final , no italians n the final is in Rome

    agree , even though Hiddink hasnt been in stamford bridge 4 a long time enough 2 make an impact but we have 2 admitt that the team changed a lot with him.

    its not only hiddink who`s added to chelsea`s team.. also the great ESSIEN, he made chelsea get back on their feet. ( he is the one i`m really worried about especially when we`ll be missing mascherano.
    BTW is there any player in chelsea that will miss liverpool`s game ??!!

    No, there won't be any missing players.

    Liverpool fans are overwhelmed by their victory over Man Utd in Anfield, they think they are the best among the 8 qualified teams, while in fact they are not.

    of course liverpool are the best within the 8 teams, but they are not alone. i think chelsea, manu and liverpool are the best 3 equally ( although we have beaten both teams home and away ).

    DNT FORGET BARCELONA LODDZ.......i think they will easily eliminate Bayern.

    all the hype about bayern is only because the have crashed a poor sporting side. look at them in the bundesliga.....they win hardly and they are not top of the league.
